Fantastic mincemeat recipe?!

I am thinking about Christmas already - sorry! - and feel like getting festive by making my own mincemeat this year. I have done it before but not for years, and I used the recipe that the Goddess Delia used in her Classis Christmas programme.

Any reccomendations?

I also use Delia, even Gary Rhodes uses the Delia recipe, so it must be good! I add some pecans and extra booze, plus dried or fresh cranberries. I have tried others, but her method and ingredient ratios just seem to work the best.
