I baked ds2's birthday cake yesterday and had a bit of mixture left over, so I made buns for playgroup on fri afternoon, baked fine, let them cool, put them in an airtight container, come to get for ds2 just now - and they're really hard! What can I do to soften them? Put them in the oven for 10 mins?
Have no ingredients or time to make more :-(
