We have a couple of lemon trees in our garden, and an orange tree too I think (rented place so still discovering things).
There's probably 30 lemons on the two trees right now ready to be used. I've already made lots of lemon chicken dishes, a few lemon drizzle cakes and am drinking hot water with lemon every morning. But we still have loads.
Any suggestions?
(With the complicating factor of no eggs or dairy. Due to allergies in the family I don't keep eggs in the house at all. Dairy is easier as I just substitute oat milk or margarine)
