Any ideas what to do with it thats quick and easy?

in a burger bun with chips?
Thai style curry with peanuts and noodles
With chilli, coconut and spinach on rice/kidneybeans
With baked beans and mash/colcannon
Top with mash and serve as a shepherds pie
Mexican style with avocado, tomato salsa, yoghurt in tacos

I'm hungry now...

mix in some sweetcorn and serve with spicy rice... our usual option for MANY different types of leftovers..

Warm it through, stuff it in a toasted bun, topping the meat with a few slices of a good 'melting' cheese before you put the lid on. Eat with coleslaw, nommers!
