Potato salad recipe please?

I'm just making a roasted veg pizza and we're going to have salad and potato sald with it. Just wondering what everyones best potato salad recipes are. I can't use mayo as dd is allergic to eggs but i have got natural yoghurt, greek yoghurt and a variety of wine vinegars and herbs.

Potato salad cn also be made with olive oil and chives (or spring onions). Mix it all together while the potatoes are still warmish. Works best with new potatoes.

I do one with finely chopped anchovies, olive oil and vinegar, any herbs to hand and black pepper
