Is this possible? I'm sure I watched a thread where a poster said that she did this, but I can't find it now!

Thanks Smile.

I make wraps from the Paul Hollywod How To Bake. They are fab.

You could use the dough hook to knead the dough?

That sounds good Julia, would you mind sharing the recipe?

Not at all! Paraphrased:

500g bread flour
10g sat
30g caster sugar
10g instant yeast
30g Unsalted butter
320ml cool water

Add salt and sugar and yeast to the flour
Add the butter and three quarters of the water. Mix with your hands and keep incorporating water until you have a workable dough.
Knead for 5 to 10 mins on a floured surface.
When the dough is silky put into an oiled bowl, cover and leave to rise. One hour minimum, but it can take being left for three.
Knock the dough back on a floured surface and divide into balls ( 60 g each apparently)
Roll out each piece to 20cm diameter. Be careful it doesn't stick.

Cook in a pan.

Enjoy! I love mine with huevos rancheros!
