Last months Co Op booklet has a recipe for making roasted strawberry jam. But the quantity is for 10 jars with 3kg strawberries, 2.5kg caster sugar and 2 vanilla seed pods.
Would it be ok to just halve these quantities or will it not set with less sugar?
