A reheating twice question...

I cooked bolognese sauce yesterday and then let it cool and am using it tonight in a lasagne. However, the kids need to eat at a different time to us tonight so would you be happy with cooking the lasagne for the DCs and then reheating the rest later for us? This is technically reheating twice...

Had I thought about this earlier I'd have made the lasagne up in 2 separate dishes but too late now :)

Yeah, I would no problem, just make sure it is piping hot both times. I often make a lasagne then have leftovers the next day, it's basically the same thing...

Ta :) If I'd made a lasagne from scratch then I'd have no worries about reheating it, it's because I made the meat sauce a day earlier so it's being reheated twice that bothered me.
