Packed lunches - 18 months old

Since I work fulltime, DS needs to take his lunch with him to my mums or to the childminders.

He eats really well at home, is not fussy in the slightest and loves a variety of foods.

So how come his packed lunch is predictable and boring?
He sometimes has 'leftovers' from previous day's evening meal which is warmed up for him, or a sandwich of some description. Then he has a yoghurt with fruit (banana or apple or grapes or raisins or whatever we have in).

Any recommendations for interesting sandwich fillings or easily reheatable meals for lunch times?

Thanks folks

How about the following?
Hoummus, plus dippers eg breadsticks, carrot sticks, cucumber sticks.

Egg and pasta salad, mix chopped hard boiled egg with chopped tomato, cucumber and mayo.

Pasta with pesto sauce - easy to reheat in microwave.
Hope these help.

cherry toms and cucumber are a big fav with dd at the mo.

Laughing cow dippers -

Mini hot dog sausages wth bread and tom sauce only take a few mins to heat.
