Hi,
Searched everywhere but can't find any info on when you can give seeds like sesame, poppy, sunflower seeds to 10 MO DS. Not even sure if your supposed to wait until they are a certain age.
Any ideas?

I don't know either and I have a 10 month old ds too.he will have seedy bread, so I guess it's ok. Just make sure they aren't choke able size, like nuts...

Ps, this is an educated guess!

I didnt know you couldn't. The NHS have a list of foods to avoid between 6 and 12 months, it doesn't mention seeds at all...

Oh, and I have some pumpkin seed butter which is lovely spread on toast. Maybe start with that?
