This summer has not been kind to my garlic. Or at the very least, I am not much of a garlic grower.
So I have many many tiny garlic bulbs which are too small to peel and would introduce lots of papery peel into any recipe I throw them into.
I think to myself, "Mumsnet will know what to do about this!" and so here I am asking you what can I do to utilise hundreds of tiny garlic cloves?
