Party on Sunday; can I start baking this evening?

DD's first birthday is Sunday and we are having a party. Is this evening too far in advance to bake buns etc?

Cupcakes you mean? In that case no you can freeze them.

I'd say go for it if you can freeze things. I baked all my wedding cakes and froze them unfrosted and they were lovely. Just the same as baked fresh and saved a lot of work
