I am a vegetarian but recently started eating fish. The problem is I'm a complete novice.... How do you do basic fish fillet in those parcel things. I'm not talking Thai style or anything fancy just the type you have with new potatoes and veg? I'm thinking butter and parsley? All the recipes online are more complex than I'm looking for.

A knob of butter and a few herbs or a glug of olive oil or wine. Seal the foil by rolling the top so it's loose around the fish. Put in a hot oven for 10/12 minutes or in an electric steamer and turn it to fish! (Mine just has pictures on I thinj its around 15-20 mins in electric steamer)

I wrap salmon steaks in tin foil, with lemon juice and dried dill, pop in a steamer and steam over simmering water for 15 minutes. I then leave it to cool but you can eat it straightaway.
