Turkey mince spaghetti bol!

Apparently according to the Italians it is sinful to make it with Turkey mince. However it is what we have in the fridge and little brother who is staying wants me to make a spag bol! Any suggestions on how to make it taste 'meatier'???

Beef oxo cube?

Sorry should have said, no beef! Will a lamb oxo do the trick? Thinking Worcester sauce or marmite?

Turkey mince makes the best Bolognese!

I do Gillian McKeiths bolognaise with turkey mince. Brown the mince then Just use two tins chopped tomatoes and cubed courgette, carrots, peppers some mixed herbs and veggie oxo cube for sauce. Simmer until veg is bit soft and add tom puree or cornflour to thicken if a bit wishy washy at the end. Its lovely

I just make it as I would any other, grated carrot bulks it up too.
