New York Cheesecake, best recipe

Need to make a rich, stick the roof of your mouth New York cheesecake! I've made them in the past but can't remember where I got the recipe from.
Can anyone recommend the perfect recipe please?

Nigel Slater's from Kitchen Diaries works for me. Don't know how authentic the orange and lemon is but the consistency is spot on.

Hairy bikers white chocolate cheesecake with some kind of cherry sauce that i never bother with! It's from the Hairy Bikers 12 days of Christmas book and is amazing. I am an avid baker but not usually very successful, this is the only thing I bake that i get special requests for. If you're looking for stick to the roof of your mouth, you need a large amount of cream cheese (this has 600g) none of that creme fraiche nonsense.
