best ever Lemon tart recipe please asap

Michel Roux recipe. use his pate a sucre(sugar pastry) recipe. is beautiful and crisp(.but can be difficult to work with) and bake it blind until the bottom is lightly browned. v v imoortant!!. , make sure there is not even the tinyest of holes in the pastry, if there is, then dab with a bit of egg yolk and out back in the oven to set the egg and seal the hole. Use his lemon tart filling recipe, but i do not whisk the cream, as i think it tends to separate into layers as it bakes. .
