I have been picking a glut of blackberries, made lots of blackberry jelly and tried out blackberry cordial. Would love some new recipes using blackberries, any suggestions?

Blackberry clafouti. You can make lots and freeze it!

There are loads of recipes for blackberries on the Good Food Mag website, I made this blackberry cheese cake at the weekend, which was rather good and I'm going to make this with a mix of blackberries and strawberries tomorrow.

I haven't made it yet - but I've just googled blackberry liqueur recipies and its so easy e.g.
one cup water, 3 cups sugar, 3 cups blackberries, 3 cups vodka, mix, shake then leave for 12 days and strain mmmm.

One I've made jelly and cordial I tend to just freeze the rest and use them for cakes etc through the year.

Just remembered one year I bottled blackberries and plums in a red wine syrup with cinnamon. Really nice heated over ice cream.
