I want something pure and simple but don't know what

Last week we had good old sausage chips and beans and everyone of us cleared our plates for a change.

Go on inspire me

Sugar.

I don't mean that's what I'm having for dinner, LOL, I mean of shite, I've forgotten to organise anything.
Think I have a spinach & ricotta pizza in the fridge and there's deffo some salad leaves so as long as pizza is still there and in date still looks like that's for tea.

Its going to be a quick pizza (chilled one from the supermarket with extra toppings thrown on) and salad as DD needs to be back at school for 5pm.

Chicken fajitas (yay)

NomDePlume · 15/06/2006 13:50

I dunno either. Not done a big food shop this week, so I'll be doing an impulse Tesco shop later.

Frenchgirl · 15/06/2006 14:00

probably chicken salad, then some baguette and cheese, and fruit

jambuttie · 15/06/2006 14:01

you know i kinda thought of cold meats, potato fritters and spaghetti- how gross does that sound?

I am tired of eating the same old stuff too, it's hot here so need something quick, easy and no effort involved for a change Grin

Salad leaves, cold shredded roast chicken, then steamed asparagus which, when hot,has some of chicken juices and fat added.
Toss into the salad leaves with a squeeze of lemon.
Heaven.
