What happens if I cook Minstrels?

If I put them into cookie dough, will they come out white or something?

Well smarties come out the same colour so I wouldn't think they would go white although I couldn't guarantee it lol.

they won't go white but they will probably melt and crack to a certain degree but gosh will they taste shamazing!

I've just stuck a couple inside one cookie to try it, only they are big cookies, and I can't remember which one had them in...I'll have to eat my way though them methodically to check.

Well, they seem to have stayed brown, but the shell is chewy.

But I'm eating it white still hot. Maybe it would harden again if it cooled....
