Is this in anyway possible?

I am determined to use my bread maker tonight so we can have nice bread for brekkie tomorrow!
I am lacking some vital ingredients though... Does anyone know if i make a loaf using semolina (no flour) & with no yeast....?

Sadly if you do I don't think it will be nice... Bread without yeast is okay- very dense- but with semolina sounds like a step too far! But try, it might be a new kind of delicious!

Ha ha talking, am giving it a go! I found a little bit of left over bread mix & added the semolina to it... We'll see
I've googled it- some Italian breads are made with semolina, its not just school dinners!

Surprisingly Good! Dh preferred it to the ready mix I've been using. I will post a pic when I work out how to...
