Left over egg noodles

I made far too many egg noodles for dinner tonight, is there anything delicious I can make for lunch tomorrow with them? I have a fairly well stocked cupboard and a decent sized co op close by.

Get big juicy king prawns, wrap the noodles round them and fry in a wok (just enough oil to cover them) dip in sweet chilli or soy sauce.

Realise it's a bit late, but should it happen again this sesame peanut butter sauce makes for a gorgeous plate of noodles to eat cold. It's on my list for dinner next week
