We have a lot of veg, always (veg box). I make stirfries, but suspect they could be tastier. What I do:
- slowly cook garlic/onions
- add more veg, try to keep temp up and cook it quickly
- add nuts/seeds
- often add nam pla or soy sauce at end
- serve on quinoa/rice/whatever
Are stirfries better with lots of different kids of veg? Or few ones?
