Quinoa, bulgar wheat, recipe etc?

Just did a cupboard clear out and we have lots of the a over I normally cook things like bulgar wheat and couscous and quinoa hen make a salad but the DC aren't keen, any good family recipes going?

With bulgur I make it the Turkish way. Some butter and onions fried off, add a tsp tomato purée and red pepper paste (I don't always have this in) add the bulgur. Cook and voila. I usually serve with meatballs, moussaka or a chicken.
