How much should a 2yo drink?

My 2 yo DS would drink milk or juice all day long and not eat if I'd let him. I'm trying to cut down on liquids so he'll eat more food but I don't want him to be thirsty either. How much milk and juice/ water should he have? Thanks!

There is no minimum recommended amount of milk once they are 2. How about just offering a sippy cup of water with meals and leave the sippy cup where he can get it between meals?

I'd offer a sippy cup with milk at before or after his nap and another sippy cup of milk at bedtime.

If you want to offer juice I'd offer it with his breakfast and then clean his teeth after.
