Any recommendations please. I bought Waitrose the other week and think they were too meaty (if that is possible with sausages). I can get to most supermarkets apart from ASDA and will be getting burgers from butchers. Also have seen a tip that says boil sausages in water for a minute before you BBQ. Has anyone done this?
