Nigella Lawson - cheese stars

Anyone got the Nigella How to Eat book? Mine's gone missing and I need the cheese stars recipe... (In the kids party food section I think.) It's so easy I should be able to remember it - but if someone could just jog the old memory along a little...

50g SR flour
pinch cayenne
25g softened butter
80g finely grated red leicester
20g freshly grated parmesan(approx 4 tbsp)

oven-gas mark 6/200 C
mix all ingredients together
roll out to approx 2.5mm
put on non-stick or greased trays and bake for approx 10mins.biscuits will continue to crisp while cooling.

Thanks Squabble. Like the look of those cheese feet too SueW. Now I just have to buy the ingredients and cook them before 12.30, all through the fog of being up all night with a feverish 18mth old...
