Has anyone got any cold pasta salad dish or veg rissotto recipies they could recommend.

My DDs (5) and DH love tuna pasta. Get a big bowl and chuck in a couple of tins of tuna, a tin of sweetcorn, chopped up peppers, onions, cheese, just about anything you fancy really - it's a really good dish to use up what's in your fridge. My two love olives in it. Just boil up a few handfuls of pasta shapes and when cool add to the tuna mix and then add mayo or salad cream. Leftovers can be used for lunch boxes the next day.
