Will this buscuit mix be ok?

On monday tea time I got the "baking fever" and made some buscuits, then decided to make a different kind, however i had to wait til the others had cooked so put it in the fridge (in a bowl uncovered) and then proceded to forget about it. So will it be ok to bake the mix today? Its butter/oats/bit egg/sugar etc.
Thanks

Yes, the biscuits should be absolutely fine (as long as they haven't picked up some weird onion/garlic flavour from being uncovered in the fridge next to other strong-smelling foods!).

If they had any baking powder or bicarb in they might be a bit heavier than normal as the lift will have been used up (its a chemical reaction with the wet ingredients) but they won't kill you.

I am jealous, I could murder a splurge of raw biscuit mix right now.

lol SHD Grin Well I baked them but they were lacking in a bit flavour, dont know if thats because I'd left them uncovered or it was a bad recipe. Thanks everyone Smile
