Muffin/cake recipe with no scales

Do any of you have a muffin/cake recipe which doesn't rely on scales and uses self raising flour and yogurt?

I have a measuring jug for scale if that helps.

As long as you keep the proportions the same you should be ok... Recipe here

thanks, i'm worried about the egg content really. i could do all the proportions with a mug but not sure how that would balance against the egg.

Could try eggless muffins or mumsnet recipe?
