DP doing a BBQ. Having chicken thighs marinated in sweet chilli and garlic and another 2 marinated in lemon, olive oil, fresh basil and s&p. With corn on the cob and a salad.
He's off work today so lunch was mussels and fries with a glass of wine in the garden. Mmmmmmm 
Tomorrow I'm making salad nicose. Day after that salmon fishcakes and salad and day after that mozerella, tomato and avocado salad. Then it'll be time to go shopping again.
I'm really into ceaser salad at the moment with either chicken or prawns.
