Left over lamb?

Right this week I am going to up my cooking skills which are almost non existent

Anyway for tomorrow I have a piece of lamb for DD and DS, I don't like it, so I am assuming I will have a decent amount left over, if DS doesn't get his paws on it!

Apart from a curry which DD won't eat, any ideas what I could do. They both eat almost anything and I might eat it if it's "mixed" with something, just not sliced and on my plate!

I'm going shopping tomorrow so can buy whatever else I need.

Morrocon lamb:

Fry onions, peppers, mushrooms, aubergine. Add tinned tomatoes and some cumin, chopped lamb. Simmer with some stock till a nice consistency. Chuck in some chopped dried apricots near the end, stir every now and again as these might sink and stick.

Serve with rice and warm pittas.
Sweet, gooey and yummy.

Of course I mean Moroccan

Oh that sounds nice Smile Easy too...even better!

I'd leave out the mushrooms, yucky things, but it sounds like all 3 of us would eat that. Thanks!

Lamb pilaf is my DSs' fave with leftover lamb. Basically lamb with rice and a few veg and spices
here
I don't bother with the figs, pomegranate and feta, just chuck in some peppers and grated carrot and maybe green beans. Works with anything.
