I have loads of blueberries to use up, also chocolate and raisins, so I wondered if I could make some different muffins and freeze them?
Any failsafe ideas very welcome!

Muffins: Fast & Fantastic is the best failsafe muffin book.

Some of the recipes are written out here

Thank you!

I always use Delias muffin recipe from her summer book, which gives a basic recipe and lots of variations.

Whichever recipe you use (google blueberry muffins-you'll find loads), just make sure you don't over mix. Once the wet ingredients hit the dry, just a few turns and it's done (lumpy is right in this case!)

An update, I don't have bicarb, can I use baking powder instead?

The book mrsbert linked to is the definitive muffin book IMHO.

Nope - bicarb and baking powder are not the same, sorry.
