HELP! Cooking time for a 10" sponge cake

I'm making my DD's birthday cake tomorrow and I've hired a 10" round cake tin and will line with silicone greaseproof paper. I bake quite a bit but I'm quite a cautious cook!

So I'll do a 5 large egg sponge cake mix (probably Mary Berry's), its only being covered in coloured fondant and will be eaten the next day. I don't like madeira although I know thats a stronger mix.

But what I can't figure out is how long to bake it for in a fan oven? And temperature. I did also wonder about wrapping the tin in brown paper to avoid the outside being charcoal before the inside?

Thanks for any advice

Redwelly, i think 10 inch is about hr and half, on gas 2 or 3 google it first. I make alot of cakes all differebt sizes, sometimes it goes ok and sometimes it doesn't, i do find larger cakes harder to make, god knows why.
