What CAN'T be frozen?

Just sorting out a meal plan for the next month or so and plan to do some batch cooking and was wondering what can't be frozen? I usually end up with a load of mince-based meals frozen (chilli con carne, shepherds pie, bolognese) as I'm never too sure what will freeze ok.

eg. I've just seen a nice recipe for a vegetable korma and a vegetable biryani but not sure if rice and or veg will freeze/reheat ok?

Plus we're all just recovering from d&v so I'm paranoid about rice now!

What about making something with chicken. I coat chicken in breadcrumbs/ruskolene, then cook it and freeze it in batches for meals.

Any fruit/veg with high water content - like strawberries and tomatoes as when thawed they go all watery. Apparently hard boiled eggs go rubbery, but it wouldn't have occurred to me to try and freeze one.

Chilli, bolognaise, shep pie all OK. Be careful with rice as you can get Salmonella from it. Google for better advice but I believe it's important to cool it quickly in the fridge after cooking, and to reheat well.

Most casseroles work well. Mushrooms not so good.

Cool rice under the cold tap in a sieve to make it safe for freezing.
