Smootie maker recommendations please.

My adult daughter makes them every single day and every single day she leaves the food processor sitting out and it's doing my head in!! We need something smaller, tidier and a bit nicer looking. This thing is massive with blender attachment and I'd rather get something smaller but that does the job well.

So what do you recommend? Nothing outrageously expensive and that definitely does the job, oh easy to clean would be good too.

We make smoothies using a handheld stick blender. Would that work for you? Just the jar and and stick to clean afterwards.

Thanks, I had suggested that but apparately a smoothie make would be much better!

We've always used a hand blender. Really quick and easy to rinse after use.
