Fil has given me a humonogous cabbage from his allotment, it'll easy do about five meals for the four of us it's that huge....so won't all get eaten this week. Is the above right? Or will I kill it?

I had a cabbage to use last week and I rightly or wrongly cooked it all the way through and then popped it when cold in a food bag into the freezer. We have yet to eat it...

Wonder if I just cook, freeze then reheat as and when it would be alright then

I am planning to defrost, pop it into a bowl that has a lid with some butter and warm it through in the microwave.

Worth a go...my lot will probably eat it even if it's not brilliant (except fussy dd2)
