I'm supposed to be doing burgers tonight
and have no eggs I usually use an egg to bind the mixture is there something else I can use or will it be okay to leave it out?

It's fine to leave it out. It'll only be dry if you're using ultra-lean meat, or if you cook t for too long.

Is dairy ok, you could always bung some cheese in the middle if you're worried (precise recipe).

I use a food processor to chop an onion and a slice of bread. then mix that with spices and the mince and form burgers.

Grated courgette. Honest.

Thanks, its turkey burgers so not really dry. I don't like onions so will skip that idea and no courgettes in.

Glad I don't have to go to the shops again.
