Frozen yoghurts

Is it as easy as just putting yoghurt and fruit in to the lolly moulds and freezing it? Or far far more complicated?

I've tried freezing diluted juice but was bluntly told, "No like it."

Making ice cream sounds far too complicated.

Please help with your successful recipies for the lolly moulds.

Thank you!

Jamie oliver does a recipe which i have just done - tho havent put it into lolly moulds...

Take forze fruit and zap t in food processor until pretty smooth - add yogurt and good quality honey ( to taste - frozen fruit tends to be pretty sweet) bung all back into blender and whizz until smooth
then chuck into your moulds or a big bowl..

If you put it into a big bowl just be aware that it freezes absolutely solid so I tend to take it out of freezer and put into fridge for a good hour or so before i intend to eat to let it soften a bit.

Also low fat yog not as nice as whole milk yog ( plain) JO also recommends using a live yogurt!
