Chicken Liver Recipe

I had planned to make muffins but can't find the recipe. Does anyone have one they are happy to share or can post a different recipe to make with the chicken livers? I have 2 packs of it and would like something other than pate if possible please.

Put them in your spagbol, or flash fry them wth garlic and serve on salad leaves.

Thank you. I can't do either of those unfortunately as I am running down my ridiculous amount of food supplies but I will save them for the future.

I ended up just frying them in butter with some chestnut mushrooms. I was weak as not eaten and been out all day. Was very nice. Still feel out of it though .

OP I'm actually really cross with you because in carving chopped liver and can't have it at the moment (pregnant)

Anyway, regarding a tasty liver recipe this is simply mouthwatering and sooo good. Had it last night actually.

Fried with some lardons and then deglazed with a little balsamic vinegar and then tipped onto a bed of salad.
