anyone know how to cook gammon like you get at the pub when ever i try it never turns out the same

Not really , I always boil mine rather that roast which keeps it nice and moist.

On the question of gammon, wondered if ok to give to kids on a regular basis. My ds adores it but I am worried about the salt content.

ds loves it to i dont mind giving it him as its only like hoy ham i think
