piri piri chicken

DP brought a bottle of this home from Portugal as he loved it so much.

I want to make him some piri piri chicken tonight and have bought some chicken breasts, do I just fry them in oil and then add the piri piri sauce whilst cooking or add it when its cooked?

Sorry but am rubbish at this sort of thing. Am just serving it with chips and salad as this is how he liked it on our hols.

We usually marinate the chicken for about 20 mins or so in the sauce and then fry it - but I might be thinking of a different product?

we usually marinate the chicken in it for 30 mins or longer before cooking

are there no instructions on the bottle?

Def marinate it first. You can add more to taste at the table if required.

No its all in portuguese.

So I need to marinate it first then?

\link{http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/database/piripirichicken_72310.shtml\recipe here} of course you can just use your sauce rather than making it from scratch Smile
