So, I love mango lassi and I have just made peach lassi. What other flavours could I try?

Pistachio, but I think you would need an essence, or LOADS of pistachios?

Sounds fab. How about almond essence then sprinkled with pistachio?

Almond essence is boak and doesnt taste anything like pistachios so I don't think that would work. The "traditional" Goa beach bar flavours are mango, banana, pineapple. Cardamom is nice but not sure how you get the flavour into the lassi - probably crush the cardamom with a pestle and mortar? A salted, spiced lassi is good too.

Almond extract is nice. Or I could use Amaretto!

Pineapple sounds good. Don't like the salted ones.

Rose water? That would work with pistachios sprinkled on the top? Or use this?

I LOVE lassi! Mango is my favourite . Lemon and rosewater is nice.
