Tasty Coleslaw/veg kebabs

Have you got any tasty recipes I can make tomorrow morning to take to a BBQ?

For our veggie friend tomorrow we're doing Halloumi, red onion, courgette, tomato kebabs and mozzarella and black olive stuffed peppers.

orange, celery and chopped peanuts mixed with mayo makes a nice sort of coleslaw.

White cabbage, apple, and spring onion in mayo

A nice one from Nigella - Marinade some sliced aubergines, grill both sides then serve rolled up with feta and mint and a dash of chilli if liked.
