Chocolate sauce for dipping fruit

Hi

I'm having a party for 10 8 year olds this weekend. I'd like to do fruit kebabs and chocolate sauce for dipping. Does anyone have a good recipe for a choc sauce which I can prepare ahead of time, which wont set solid at the party?

I have lots of mars bars so I could use those, maybe melted with cream/milk? But would it stay dippable or go back to chocolate consistency? I need to make it in the morning for a teatime 5 'clock party.

Thank you wonderful people! All ideas gratefully received!

I always just do 50% dairy milk with 50% cream and it stays liquid - can even put it in the fridge and it won't set fully solid! Either that or get a chocolate fountain, places like B&M sell them for under £10 and they look good :)
