Marinated anchovies - make sure they don't fall through the bars though, they're tiny fellers

LadyCodofCOdford · 07/06/2006 12:40

Chicken marinated in lime juice and corriander. Either breasts or cut pieces for keeeebabs.

New pots, par boiled, throw in some foil, sprinkle with rock salt ground pepper and fresh rosemary, drizzle with oil and wrap in a parcel, thrwon on bbq.

Fish (whatever you fancy although cod is better), again sprinkle with rock salt pepper and oil and wrap in newspaper, tie with string, cook. Gives it a lovely smokey flavour.

Keep it simple, I hate fussy barbecue food.

Jerk chicken or tandoori style is good.

Large mushrooms dotted with butter and garlic, wrapped in tin foil is also good. Do at teh end on the coals

LadyCodofCOdford · 07/06/2006 19:23

oh the mushies soudn nice

Tutter · 07/06/2006 19:23
