Help, my freezer has broken!

We have lots of mince and chicken that's defrosted.
What can I do with it all which I can then refreeze? Don't want all the same stuff but there's too much to be able to eat it quickly enough...

Mince in red wine freeze and make Rosemary dumplings on defrosting

Thanks. DH has done a curry and shepherds pie. Will get cooking the rest now!
