Have you any French Mustard ?

Mix honey and mustard together and spread on the pork.

Wholegrain mustard and natural yoghurt/creme fraiche. pour over top - yummy. Could also add some mushrooms and onions.

3tbsp tommie puree
2tbsp worcestershire sauce
2tbsp soft brown sugar
1tbsp soy sause
1/2 tsp mustard

mix it all up in a bowl chuck in the escalopes and marinade in fridge for 30min (i prefer 1hr or longer) but if you are stuck for time 30mins, grill for the appropriate time and it tastes yummy (from dinnerlady cook book)
