Sausages

We are supposed to be having sausage casserole tonight but don't fancy it in the hot weather. Does anyone have any other ideas for sausage that is slightly lighter?

Sausages, jackets and salad?

Rolls and sausages and tomato sauce! BBQ style

toad in the hole? Not that light tho...

Sausage rolls? Ready made puff pastry as it is too late to start homemade rough-puff now.

BBQ?

Grilled, cooled, cut into pieces and tossed in a salad with olives and stuff?
