Basic Lasagne recipe.

I haven't made it for ages and can't find a normal basic recipe.

Have turkey mince, lasagne sheets, veg, tinned toms and cheese for topping but what do I do with it all

make a bolognaise type sauce with the turkey and veg and tinned toms, make a cheese sauce (or plain white sauce) the layer up the dish with bolognaise, lasagne then white sauce. Sprinkle cheese on thentop at the end and cook it at 180-200 for about half an hour.
That's what I would do anyway

I'd do this

brown turkey mince, add garlic, 2 x basil: 1x oregano, pinch rosemary some chopped onion, maybe some green pepper, tin tomatoes, some puree, season and cook for 30 mins

make white sauce .. butter melted, add tbsp flour and stir add milk stir in grated cheese

layer of mince, layer of cheese, lasagne sheets .. repeat end on layer of cheese and sprinkle on grated cheese

oven back at 180 for 45 mins

(never had it with turkey mince though

Must remember to put some in.

Tis good with Turkey mince!
