Anyone got a good tablet recipe?

I just told a barefaced lie to a customer and said I could make into problem I don't know why I did that! I've never made it in my life! Any tips? I'm going to spend the afternoon practicing.

There was a massive thread on this not so long ago. Many recipes were hotly debated with particular reference to the usage of condensed V evaporated milk.

I'd never even heard of it until then but made some the very next day. 'twas delicious!

It was full of people talking about stirring! I had forgotten the stirring.

This is the recipe I use and it always comes out nice. Different every time, but very nice none the less! Good luck!
